1. Promoter

This giveaway is organised and promoted by Stellar Studio (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1. The giveaway is open to residents of Ireland (Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over.

2.2. Entrants must be getting married in 2026, and the wedding must take place within Ireland.

2.3. Employees, contractors, or affiliates of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all of the following actions on the giveaway post:

3.2. Like the giveaway post

3.3. Share the post to their Instagram Story and tag @stellarstudio.ie

3.4. Comment their 2026 wedding date and wedding venue on the giveaway post

3.5. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

3.6. Only entries submitted before the closing date stated in the giveaway post will be accepted.

3.7. The Promoter may verify eligibility, including the wedding date and location.

4. Prize

4.1. The prize consists of a free full-day wedding content creator package provided by Stellar Studio on the winner’s 2026 wedding day.

4.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.

4.3. The prize is valid for weddings anywhere in Ireland. If travel or accommodation is required for remote locations, this will be organised and covered by the Promoter unless otherwise stated.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

5.1. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

5.2. The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message from the official @stellarstudio.ie account.

6. Winner Response Requirement (10-Day Rule)

6.1. The winner must respond to the Promoter within 10 days of the initial message being sent.

6.2. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in the winner forfeiting the prize.

6.3. If the winner does not respond, the Promoter will select a runner-up, who will then be contacted and must also respond within 10 days.

6.4. If the runner-up does not respond, the Promoter may choose an additional entrant or close the giveaway without awarding the prize.

7. Use of Content

7.1. By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may publicly announce the winner’s name and/or Instagram handle.

7.2. The winning couple agrees that the content captured on their wedding day may be used by the Promoter for marketing and portfolio use unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Data Protection

8.1. Personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR and used solely for administering the giveaway.

8.2. Data will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.

9. General Conditions

9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

9.2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or not received due to technical errors.

9.3. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

9.4. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
