About me
I began video editing as a teenager and later got a degree in video journalism and broadcasting. Unsure of where to go in my career, I spent over 10 years working as a digital marketing manager where I further enhanced my video editing skills making advertisements and videos for social media.
I wanted to do something I loved and something that felt worthwhile and so Stellar Studio was born. I truly love every moment of capturing wedding days. To create a small snippet that a couple will look back on forever is really magical to me. Adding value to one of the most important days of two people’s lives is immeasurable and so worthwhile.
My goal is to make you feel like a friend is with you on the day, capturing big and small moments and everything in between.
Why do you need a content creator?
A content creator captures every single part of your day, from the getting ready moments, the moments with the girls and boys, down to your guests having a little laugh or a boogie. Often your day goes by in a flash and you don’t get to see your guests and family members enjoying all the things you have meticulously planned.
A content creator works alongside your Photographer and Videographer, to give you all the raw files and clips from your day. I send the full album the next morning, so you and your new wife or husband can go through everything from your newlywed bed.

I use the iPhone 16 pro and a light to ensure I capture good content in darker lighting. I also use a gimbal and a mini drone, but these clips rarely make it into the main reel as the iPhone footage feels more like I am with you on the day.

One of my favourite parts of the day is meeting new people. More often than not, I end up really enjoying the company of your chosen photographer. I always allow them to be front of stage and direct you as my footage is behind the scenes. I will sometimes direct the couple if I feel a shot is worth getting, but most of the time I stand back and allow the photographer to do their thing. I want to capture your day as a fly on the wall.

My approach is always to be in the background. I know this is one of the best but also most stressful days of your life. I will sometimes interject to ask you to take a breath and enjoy it. My aim is to feel like a friend is there capturing your day with their phone (and add some laughs, which is the most important thing!) However, I make sure to always work in conjunction with the larger team. I will never get in the way of the Photographer or Videographer’s shot.
